Black Coffee DJ slapped Tshiamo Letshwene so hard that his cap went flying. There’s also footage of rapper AKA involved in a fight at the end.
At the DStv iRock Limpopo Music Festival on Saturday, things became violent quite quickly, as celebrated DJ Black Coffee lost his temper and slapped AKA’s road manager Tshiamo Letshwene on stage.
It’s no secret that AKA and Black Coffee are not friends, and when AKA arrived two hours late for his performance, his band started doing their sound check during Coffee’s performance.
This infuriated the Pieces Of Me hit maker, who hit Letshwene so hard that the manager’s hat flew off.
Another scuffle also broke out off stage between the groups. In the second incident (at the end of the video below) AKA (in white) can be seen in a fight with the organiser or people standing with the organiser of the festival. He has denied on Twitter that he was also violent.
AKA had to cancel his performance. The Dstv iRock Music Festival is a an annual event that Limpopo fans look forward to every year.
