The case between Siboniso Gaxa and Kaizer


The case between Siboniso Gaxa and Kaizer Chiefs will resume at the PSL’s Dispute Resolution Chamber October 19

The case involving Siboniso Gaxa and Kaizer Chiefs is set to continue in a few weeks with the two parties still at loggerheads over the details of his terminated contract.

The defender has been involved in a long-running legal battle with Chiefs and Gaxa’s agent Glyn Binkin tells KickOff.com that the case is set to resume at the PSL offices on October 19.

Meanwhile, the case between Platinum Stars and Senegalese goalkeeper Bouna Coundoul has been postponed to October 24.

Coundoul took Stars to the PSL’s Dispute Resolution Chamber after an alleged breach of contract on the part of the club.

The Senegalese international was among a number of players that were shown the exit door at Dikwena at the end of last season.

Coundoul agent’s Dennis Idrissa has confirmed that the case involving his client and Stars has been postponed to October 24.

“Yes thats true, the case has been postponed to October 24. The player is not around the country but I represented him at the PSL offices,” Idrissa informs KickOff.com.
