The Dispute Resolutions Chamber hearing between Mamelodi Sundowns and Keagan Dolly will resume today as they look for a conclusion regarding his contract.
Following the original hearing date earlier this month, it was decided that the case should be adjourned until November 28th – today – with the previous date not being sufficient to hear all the evidence.
Sundowns have taken their talented winger before the DRC to question the European buyout clause in his contract following interest from Olympiacos earlier in the year, with the Greeks submitting an amount that reportedly should have triggered the clause in his deal.
Now, with the DRC set to hear the case from both sides today, the matter should be put to bed once and for all, although it remains to be seen exactly what the outcome will be.
Dolly missed Sundowns’ last two matches due to injury, but will be hoping to make a return to action this week when they come up against his former club, Ajax Cape Town, on Wednesday evening.
