Finally Orlando Pirates have received what we consider as their first good news of this year
Tendai Ndoro has confirmed that he has recovered from injury and that he will be making a return to training with Orlando Pirates to strengthen Kjell Jonevret’s team.
The Buccaneers’ leading goal scorer missed the team’s Nedbank Cup Last 32 game against EC Bees FC last weekend, owing to an injury.
Prior to the game against the ABC Motsepe League outfit in the Eastern Cape, the Zimbabwean came on as a second half substitute for Thamsanqa Gabuza in the league clash against SuperSport United on Tuesday last week.
The forward took to social media to confirm that he has completed his rehabilitation and that he is looking forward to joining his Bucs’ teammates next week.
In their next Absa Premiership game, the Buccaneers will play against Free State Stars on April 01. Cape Town City’s Lebogang Manyama has equaled the 11 goals scored by Ndoro so far in the 2016/17 season, as both players are leading the race for the top goal scorer award in the games remaining before the end of the season.
