Komphela’s Disrespect Rant After Chiefs Draw

Kaizer Chiefs’ head coach, Steve Komphela, lost his cool last night after a confrontation with a Bidvest Wits official.

The Amakhosi once again dropped points from a winning position as Amr Gamal’s late strike cancelled out Siphiwe Tshabalala’s opener at FNB Stadium, and things looked to turn a little bit ugly after the final whistle.

Komphela, usually so calm and collected, took umbrage to something that was said by Wits’ Jonathan Schloss, and the two had a war of words once the game had come to an end.

While it remains to be seen what was actually said between the involved parties, Komphela says that he was disrespected by Schloss and told SuperSport’s Carol Tshabalala as much during his post-match interview.

That moment showed another side of Steve we did not know . That makes us say he is in trouble
