Billiat Nears A Deal, New Representatives Roped In

Billiat

The future of Khama Billiat will soon be known, with the Mamelodi Sundowns star having recently enlisted the services of new representatives.

Following the death of his previous agent Edzai Kasinauyo last year, Billiat had Siyabulela Loyilane in charge of his football dealings until recently.

The Siya crew has been informed that M Sports Management – under Michael Ngobeni – are now the star player’s representatives.

“Khama Billiat is with M Sport Management. That is official. The player and I have always known each other for a very long time. Managing a player like Khama Billiat is great for our company. As M Sport Management, we are excited (about) having him join us. This is the best of us. It shows that somewhere, somehow there is something we are doing right. We welcome the boy very warmly and nicely,” confirmed Ngobeni.

Billiat is left with just over four months of his contract with Sundowns. The talented player has been the most talked about player in recent weeks, with rumours linking him to various clubs in the PSL as well as overseas.

“I am working very hard for the best for the player. With Khama, it’s not about marketing him or anything like that, but it’s about sitting down and working out what’s best for him and his family. If it means working day and night to make sure that Khama is well-looked after, we will be happy to do that.

“This is the number one Zimbabwe international we are talking about here. This is no longer about Khama and Sundowns, but Khama and Zimbabwe as well. All Zimbabweans are waiting to see where Khama is going. South Africa is waiting. Sundowns fans are waiting. We are not going to mess around with a player like Khama. If we have to fast, we’ll have to fast to make sure that we put him up there,” added Ngobeni.

“My wish is to manage Ronaldo. But I can’t get Ronaldo. This (Billiat) is our Ronaldo. We rate him highly, and we are going to do everything in our power to make sure that Khama is well looked after on and off the field. We want the best for him and his family. My advantage is that I get along with his parents in Zimbabwe, as well as his wife. Everything will be done with togetherness and nicely,” concluded the prominent representative.
