Responsibility:
3 – 5 years’ experience required.
• Must be well spoken
• Experience with meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools.
• Breaking, splitting and cutting knowledge essential
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
• Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation.
Salary: RR39.6071 per hour
