Junior Khanye's comments are not health for Kaizer Chiefs fans

We understand that Kaizer Chiefs is a big brand and yes the fans deserve to watch a better Kaizer Chiefs than the one they are watching now but the way Khanye comments about the team is not the best way of commenting.

The most disturbing thing

One of the most disturbing thing is the way he talks about individual players and the coach himself. Players like Lebohang Manyama , Daniel Akpeyi , Leonardo Castro, Willard Katsande and Anthony Akumu have never received any fair comments from Junior Khanye.

If it comes to coach Gavin Hunt it is even amazing how Junior don’t have any respect for the coach.

Although he comments badly about Kaizer Chiefs there are a couple of players whom he loves dearly namely Itumeleng Khune , Khama Billiat and some few .

Junior Khanye hates Kaizer chiefs?

Let us take an example of Manchester United , United is not doing well but people like Ryan Gigs and Paul Scholes do not comment so badly like Khanye about their former team and the coach.

Junior Khanye’s comments are not health for Kaizer Chiefs fans because when the team is facing difficult times it is important the players and the fans to even gain more faith in the team and not to lose hope. There is no team which can be on form all the time every soccer fan knows about what we talking about.

Junior Khanye get death threats

“I was very upset yesterday (Monday) after I received a call on my way to work with Robert Marawa from a guy who identified himself as Thato who just started threatening me. He told me that I should stop talking bad about Chiefs or they (the caller and his people) will kill me. He said they will hunt me for 24 hours and will kidnap me if I continue. I was shocked! All I can say is that I respect him like everyone, but I am not scared. I will pray for him. Such things don’t scare me and won’t make me stop praying. People don’t want the truth and the guy is hurt because what I said became a reality. I feel that I should talk about this and let people know about it. Yes, I don’t have a problem in talking about football, but it’s people like that guy who make me upset and I’m going to open a case. But I will first talk to God and my ancestors and ask for guidance, because I am a guy who asks for guidance before doing things,”

“I am not going to sit back and watch while someone has made such threats, I will open a case with the police, and I am getting a legal advice from my lawyers. I asked the guy on the phone what exactly was he talking about when he said I spoke bad about Chiefs, because I didn’t know what he was referring to. All I said (about Chiefs) was that they wouldn’t win the league with the way they were playing, and they didn’t. What the guy needs to understand is that I am an analyst and I work like any other person and I say things the way I see them because I watch football and I love the game,” he added.

“Also, I don’t analyse only about Chiefs but about the other teams as well. I watch football irrespective of who is playing, whether in the PSL, NFD, ABC Motsepe League or overseas. I follow the game. It’s just that most of the time I get asked about Chiefs and I’m not sure why, maybe it’s because I grew up at the club in the development and played for the first team. I am a family man and have children and I won’t live like this, with people threatening to kill me, and I have to do something about it,” he said.

Junior might be doing his job we understand or chasing his dream as a journalist but he must care about people’s feels because his words hurts a lot of people.

  1. Players need to pull their fucken socks, they earn huge salaries, no one must nurse their feelings here or else they must jump off, if you can’t take heat stay away from the kitchen, be that as it may, Khanye is bias Khune and Billiat contributes to this poor performance, yet he is praying them, I call a spade a spade, Khanye must stop, misleading these two spoilt brats
