This great goal keeper is called Daniel Akpeyi , he is a Nigerian professional football goalkeeper who plays for the Nigeria national team. Everyone knows that there is no goal keeper who is better than Itumeleng Khune in South Africa maybe even in Africa , but now Akpeyi Daniel is the best in the absence of Khune . Daniel Akpey is a great keeper , if you watched Kaizer Chiefs game against Baroka you will understand what I am talking about . Daniel won the man of the match and he made a lot of saves.
“It’s good to be man of the match. As a professional player you always have to be ready for anything, especially in the goalkeeper department,” said Akpeyi.
“The two clean sheets [against AmaZulu and Baroka] are actually a motivation to the goalkeeping department and to the team generally because when you keep a clean sheet you’re not going to lose the game. So it’s a huge motivation going into the next game.”
To me that was a great game for him but Daniel said that he didn’t have the best game against Baroka , I am waiting to see what he calls the best game for him.
