Soccer star thrown out of his flat due to unpaid rent. Lawrence Ntswane got into trouble after failing to pay his rent in time. I would not blame him or his employers because the lock-down changed a lot of things. Imagine some companies are closing due to the lock-down.

“I have been paying my own accommodation since I arrived in Durban in February this year. I have lost the flat because I have been owing rent for the past two months,” Ntswane tells KickOff.com.

“I am now back in Pretoria and fortunately I took all my belongings from Durban.”

“My brother, I would prefer not to comment about that,” he says. “I don’t want to say bad things about the club in the media. My issues with the club are handled by the Players’ Union. I prefer not to talk about those issues with the media.”
