Solution

open terminal

become sudo

close software center

then run this command on terminal

killall snap-store

then open software center again after that all will be okay but if it does not work for you you might

run this

sudo apt install --reinstall gnome-software

I forgot something you might also do this 
sudo apt-get remove --purge gnome-software

then you run 
sudo apt-get install gnome-software 

but me the first solution worked for me
