Barcelona sacked Ernesto Valverde and hired Quique Setien.

Back in may last year

Ayis Caperonis, FC Barcelona Fan said

“Ernesto Valverde is a great coach if you ask the spineless FC Barcelona board led by Josep Maria Bartomeu. The sad truth is that the Socios (partners) in Barcelona along with the players make the most important club decisions, they are the ones who control the team and they all seem to be satisfied with a mediocre coach who manages to win La Liga while playing unattractive football. These Socios do not care about losing two consecutive Champions Leagues in an embarrassing fashion, they do not care about blowing an undefeated season by not playing Messi when they had two games left (last season) and they do not mind playing boring football losing to teams they should easily beat. Most Barcelona fans by now should see that Valverde is just a mediocre coach that blew games by his awful tactics and decisions but he has the support of Bartomeu and company.

The solution would be to have Joan Laporta at the helm again as he was a close friend to Johan Cruyff, an admirer of the tiki-taka and beautiful football. Laporta would get rid of Valverde and maybe have a coach like Erik ten Hag, he would put emphasis on La Masia players again and make it easier for them to join the first team instead of buying many players that flop because they cannot adjust. The problem is that many Socios do not like Laporta, they are jealous and do not like his politics as he is strongly involved in the Barcelona Separatist Movement. Many Socios from the time Laporta was president tried to take him down by false accusations of fraud and theft that were made up as he was acquitted in court of any wrongdoing. It is a shame that most players still back their loser coach and president. Most players at FC Barcelona are deaf to the millions of fans worldwide that want Bartomeu and Valverde fired. The fans pay the players exorbitant salaries and they should listen to them.

It is true Kaizer Chiefs is very organized and I believe they have a lot of great brained people who are in the background of every department . I hope Teams like Celtic can be like Kaizer Chiefs one day because Celtic is a big brand but now is facing ownership change .
