Marketing Generalist Sandton Johannesburg Gauteng Our hospitality / hotel client Sandton Johannesburg is looking for a Marketing Generalist / Marketing Assistant Coordinator with 2 year plus experience, preferable from an Hotel . Hospitality industry, You will be assisting the marketing team with briefing, development, and execution of campaigns and promotions. Ensure alignment with budget. Salary negotiable plus excellent benefits and 13th bonus cheque Min Requirements Matric Diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field – Added Bonus 2 years plus years’ experience in a marketing role preferably in the hospitality/travel industry. Knowledge of Marketing Above the Line and Marketing Above the Line Online marketing (including search and display) Hospitality (advantageous) Social media savvy Direct Marketing understanding Prior experience working in CRM/Loyalty. Responsibilities Maintains and updates marketing collateral across all touchpoints, including offline and digital assets. Helps Marketing Assistant to the marketing team Create engaging content for hotel promotions, campaigns, and social media. Provides administrative support by managing the image library, updating databases, and generating reports based on collected data. Tracks expenditure against budget for projects/programmes/campaigns. Assists with creating content for hotels and/or internal teams to use for promotions, campaigns and social media. Provides exceptional customer service to loyalty programme members.
