If the decision can be made by PSL heads Danny Jordaan and Irvin Khoza, along with other major sports federations that Kaizer Chiefs will be awarded the premier soccer league trophy if season not completed , that will be the greatest news of the year for Kaizer Chiefs fans.

Remember there are different opinions. For clubs like Sundowns , SuperSport United and Pirates who have had a very good season, it obviously wouldn’t be nice if it was cancelled now.
On the other hand, for clubs like Black Leopards , AmaZulu and Polokwane City who aren’t doing as well and are in the relegation places, an abandonment would obviously suit them
“It is not in two weeks or a week, it is now. We have said that, firstly we need the chairman and others in the leadership of sport to raise their voices against this pandemic,” said Mthethwa.
“Therefore, they will continue with their matches, which will be without spectators, and they will finish the season. The most important thing for us, as they do that, is they will be spreading the message to fight against this pandemic.
“So, there is no confusion. Even if we are going to reach a point where there are no matches, that will be gradually phased in. But as we speak, they can have their match tomorrow [Wednesday], with no spectators.”

So if KC get the league, they must also relegate the bottom two clubs and also promote one club from 1st Division. And what about the 2nd team from 1st division? Now lets talk abt Nedbank cup.

Nah, matches must be played, if you award chiefs ,who are going to be runners up, who will be relegated and promoted. More so sundowns is not far off with a game in hand, could be anyone’s title.
As AMAKHOSI fan,it wud b nice to win the cup having played all the games but this situation is very difficult and painful. If fifa decides that the teams on top of the league standing shud b awarded the title,i wud welcome that and suggest that no team shud b relegated but promote 2.
