Gavin Hunt’s Cv is getting spoiled at Kaizer Chiefs. Things change everyday at Kaizer Chiefs and this is not just with Gavin but even previous coaches faced the same thing. I guess you remember Steve Komphela’s time.
“We have four games left to play and we will have to try and win all four of them and then see from there,” says Hunt, whose team will now be out of action for the next seven days.
“This is the longest break that we will have now… seven days. We will have a couple of days off after what we have been through in the last three weeks or rather since December so we will have a couple of days in which we will try and regroup and go again,” Hunt said.
“He’s got his work cut out for him Gavin Hunt, they win one game and then they play the next game they lose against TTM,” Niemach tells KickOff.com.
“It shows the consistency mentality is not yet there you see, it’s taking him time and I don’t know if the Kaizer Chiefs fans will give him the sort of patience that he needs.
“He is not going get relegated, I don’t see that happening. So he [should] rather focus on that Champions League and see how far he can go. Whether he can go and win it, it’s very difficult, very tough. His only chance of playing in Africa next season is the Champions League, everything else is gone.
“So whoever is in it, he’s still got a chance. You can’t write them off. So I fear for Gavin, but look, he’s been here before, he’s an experienced coach, he’s a winner, he’s not a loser, he knows what he’s doing. If he can ride this storm, I see him doing big things at Kaizer Chiefs next season.”
