How to find where netbeans is installed in kali linux

How to find where netbeans is installed in kali linux. I was very frustrated after installing netbeans few days ago and then I tried to use it but I could not find any icon on the desktop then I did not have any Idea on how to.

But after some research I managed to get the right answers after some couple of minutes.

In this tutorial we teach how to find where netbeans is installed and also how to start it in kali since there is no icon on the desktop to click on.

These are the commands we used in the tutorial

sudo find / -name netbeans 2> /dev/null

Here u must change 8.0.2 to your neatbeans version 

cd /usr/local/netbeans8.0.2/bin
./netbeans
