To be honest Khama Billiat is way different from the one who played at Sundowns . Today we have collected a lot of previous comments from coach Pitso Mosimane all targeted at Khama Billiat . And all of them show how he respect him .Pitso Mosimane’s door might be open for Khama if he decides to go back .

Khama Billiat like to be told that he is a start
“Khama played different football [at Sundowns]. Khama is totally different. It’s unbelievable – every week I am watching [him]. You must know that I took this boy as a 22-year-old from Ajax Cape Town.
“They were flirting with relegation and I told him that he’s the greatest player Zimbabwe has ever produced and would be a big player for Sundowns. I sold him the vision and look what happened when Khama was on the pitch,” Mosimane told SAFM.
“He is a totally different player and you’ve got to know how to deal with him, soft and he also likes to be told he’s a star.”
Pitso managed to dodge answering the question properly about the possible return of khama billiat to sundowns .
“I need to respect Chiefs, a big institution. And the league will fine me if they complain, that I am poaching their players. If we want Khama, then what we need to do is speak club to club – you know the story. And they will say whether they are selling or not.
“Even (Lionel) Messi has got a price, let’s be honest. If anyone comes to me and says they will give me $1 million net, I am gone.
Mosimane knows how dangerous Khama Billiat is . Remember when Kaizer Chiefs beat mamelodi Sundowns 4 goals this is what he said .
“We all have a price, everybody has a price, even you the media. Even my players at Sundowns have a price. But I can’t talk about it because he belongs to Chiefs.”
“They were clinical in the first half and they did the job in the first half because in football you must take the chances you get. You can’t wait for the next half because you don’t know what will happen,” said Mosimane.
“We lost to a good team, very strong team, powerful team, hard-running. The CB[D] was on fire. They reminded me of the days they were with me. They came back to bite me, the boys.
“It’s good to see them play like this because that’s what they are. They played well.”
“Nobody scores four goals against Mamelodi Sundowns. I don’t know if I have lost by four before, I don’t remember,” he added.
“But it’s okay, it happens to Pep [Guardiola], it happens to [Jose] Mourinho, it happens to Alex Ferguson and so who am I?

“I think Ernst [Middendorp] got four goals from me before. I remember giving him four. So these things do happen. It’s okay, its’ part of the game, it’s football. We are okay. We’re checking the depth, we’re doing housekeeping issues.
“But they [Chiefs] were strong, they prepared well. They did a good pre-season, no top eight, no nothing, no Champions League, none of these things of going to flights.”
Pitso Mosimane polished Khama Billiat’s talent
“He was given an opportunity and why are you surprised that African teams want him? You know why? Because they saw him play [in the Champions League] and they say that is the product we want, we know what he can do, we’ve seen what he can do.

“That’s the contribution we’ve made on him. Of course, he’s got talent, it’s not like we made him. He’s got talent, but we also fix them, structure them and make them look good. We polish and make them shine. And then everybody benefits,” he concluded.
Do you think Sundowns polished Khama’s talent ?

Correct me if I am wrong, history repeats itself, Middendorp does not hate brilliant players but just cannot use them in his rigid system , unfortunately Khama is in the same predicament as Scara Ngobese , as for Pitso … I followed him from the time he coached Supersport and not surprised to see him being so successful. Pitso and Chiefs , I think Chiefs had been thee team in South Africa for a very long time. This one I will leave it to Pitso and Chiefs fans to continue entertaining us ( Swallows FC fan ).
