Stuart Baxter refused to fire Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard. I think it is a smart move to stay with those two young men. “The whole technical team, I think apart from Dillon, I’ve worked with. Molefi (Ntseki) I’ve worked with at Bafana, and it feels good that he’s involved in this project because he’s a proper football person with good understanding of the game.
“I’ve worked with coach Arthur (Zwane) before, he was with me my first time and so we get on well and I think he was also, as a player in my first Bafana stint. I think Arthur was just around at that time and so, I’ve been just about with the whole technical team at some time, so it’s an exciting one.
“Dillon and Arthur, they are coaches in their own right and anything I can do to help them gain the weapons that they [are] gonna need on the battlefield in the future, it’s my pleasure to do that,” Stuart Baxter added.
Do you think his move is good?
