Khama Billiat to stay at Kaizer Chiefs. Many people were thinking that Kaizer Chiefs are going to release Khama Billiat but now coach Gavin Hunt confirmed that the attacker is going no where. Khama is one of the players Hunt will build the team on when he buy new players after the transfer ban.
“He’s all in the plans. It’s only people like yourself who will say he is not in the plans. I don’t know where the story comes from. He is in the plans, so we need to get him fit. He had a broken leg. He is jogging now and hopefully in the next two weeks we can get him a little of game time,” Hunt told the media.
“We need Khama back. We’ve got to get Khama and Castro fit again, so that they can add to the options.”
Khama bullet did not play yesterday, but the good news are Amakhosi won the Soweto derby which boosted the team with 3 points and it dented the chances of Orlando pirates to compete for the PSL title.

Khama Billiat’s contract is expiring Jun 30, 2021 but since Khama is a very good player he is not worried about that because chances are very high that they are going to give him a new contract and besides that there are a lot of teams even overseas which are interested in his services.
There are a lot of Kaizer Chiefs players who will be released this year and their contracts are expiring in June. For some of them, they are older and they are contributing less to the club and they earn a lot of money so it will be good for the club to release them so save money.
