Bidvest Wits 4-3 Orlando Pirates game was a tough exam for Rulani Mokwena but it is too soon to be fired. Believe me coaching is more stressful than playing ,simply because anything which goes wrong the fans and the club management will blame the coach. So coach Rulani was tested with a tough exam , but these are the negative moments in the game that happen to every coach at every level. When you coaching a big team and you lose to a small team it becomes even very difficult to shake hands with the other team .
There are tougher tests to come, of course, but this was something to teach the coach that his job is not as easy as it sounds. We have seen before that Orlando Pirates know how to deal with defeats, no matter how rarely they happen. Pirates is a stable team and they are good at fixing bad situations they can respond by winning the next 5 to 10 of their league games to prove a point . If they do that it will demonstrate Pirate’s mental strength – this week has just been not that great for them.
It was a painful afternoon for Orlando Pirates after 2 minutes I realised it would be tough, after 68 minutes really difficult and after 81 minutes it was impossible. Do not forget on 25-04-2018 Orlando Pirates beat Bidvest Wits 0 – 4 Orlando Pirates .
